2. Products

All products sold by Kyo Studios are made to order.

Products are made and shipped through trusted third-party print-on-demand (POD) and fulfillment partners, including Printify.

Product colors, print placement, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown on my website due to differences in screens, materials, and production processes.

I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or product information errors, product availability issues, or production problems.

If I cancel an order after payment has been received, I will provide an appropriate refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Because products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Additional Costs

All product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable laws.

Where applicable, taxes or other charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products are made to order and shipped through trusted third-party POD and fulfillment partners, including Printify.

When using Printify, a suitable Print Provider may be selected based on factors such as product availability, destination, provider availability, and production capacity.

Whenever possible, an order may be produced and shipped by a provider located in or near the customer's country or region. However, the actual production and shipping location may vary.

Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, summer holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, or other non-business periods will generally be shipped from the next business day onward.

Shipping may be earlier or later than expected depending on inventory availability, busy periods, weather, traffic or transportation conditions, and other circumstances.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are provided for guidance only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because products are made to order, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, personal preference, or other reasons attributable to the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, I will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal, where applicable under EU law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

All designs, artwork, images, graphics, text, logos, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Kyo Studios, unless otherwise stated.

I use third-party services to operate my store and fulfill orders, including Shopify, Printify, other POD and fulfillment partners, payment processors, Print Providers, and shipping carriers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

I am not responsible for services or websites operated independently by third parties, except where required by applicable law.
